Венозная Язва

The causes of trophic ulcers can be divided into external and internal. On the one hand, this is a direct effect on the skin: trauma, burns, frostbite or scratches.

Sometimes trophic ulcers can occur as a result of intoxication with lead or arsenic poisoning. On the other hand, it is the root cause that prevents the body from fighting this damage. In most cases, a patient with an emerging trophic ulcer is susceptible to varicose veins and other pathologies of the venous circulation. Among other diseases, obliterating atherosclerosis, hypertension, osteomyelitis, diabetes mellitus, thrombosis and disorders of innervation, that is, the supply of organs and tissues with nerves that provide communication with the central nervous system, can be distinguished.

Separately, it is worth mentioning the specific manifestations of ulcers in other complex diseases, such as syphilis and tuberculosis, there are also tumor ulcers. Also, a trophic ulcer can appear due to skin infections - phlegmon and erysipelas.
